If the answer is no to these, then you probably don't need a new roof. Why spend your hard earned money replacing something that can be easily cleaned for a fraction of the price. Many roofers appear in Oklahoma year after year, especially in the Spring. Oklahoma weather in the spring usually consists of high winds and hail.
